Let me do some explaining first. Mesa Verde is a National Park near the four corners (NM, AZ, CO, UT). It is a park with many of the Anasazi Indians (AKA cliff dwellers) cliff dwellings. I was driving to work in a neighboring town and noticed a hitchhiker walking down the road. The peculiar thing about his is that he was holding his right ear.
