How can I love others if I, do not first love G-d and myself?
How can I respect others if I, do not first respect G-d and myself?
How can I inspire others if I, myself am not inspired?

You can't Bro. @ first reading that seems like a shallow answer; but consider these 2 verses first;
We love him, because he first loved us.
1st John 4:19
We can't begin to love God until we really believe He loves us.
Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Matthew 19:19
I'll never be able to love you with all of your imperfections until I can first accept my own.
